Fire Weather Warning
for the East Pilbara Coast, West Pilbara Coast, East Pilbara Inland, Ashburton
Inland, Gascoyne Inland, Goldfields, South Interior, Mortlock and Ninghan fire
weather districts.

Issued at 2:11 am WST on Saturday 15 December 2018.

Weather Situation
Very hot conditions with fresh and gusty northwest to northeasterly winds
through the eastern Gascoyne, Pilbara, western Interior, northern Goldfields
and the Central Wheat Belt, with a gusty change expected through the South West
Land Division in the afternoon and evening.

For the rest of Saturday 15 December:

Extreme Fire Danger is forecast for the following fire weather districts:
East Pilbara Inland, Ashburton Inland and Gascoyne Inland

Severe Fire Danger is forecast for the following fire weather districts:
East Pilbara Coast, West Pilbara Coast, Goldfields, South Interior, Mortlock
and Ninghan

The Department of Fire and Emergency Services advises you to:
- Action your Bushfire Survival Plan now.
- Monitor the fire and weather situation through your local radio station,
www.dfes.wa.gov.au and www.bom.gov.au.
- Call 000 (Triple Zero) in an emergency.
For information on preparing for bushfires go to www.dfes.wa.gov.au.

No further warnings will be issued for this event, but the situation will
continue to be monitored and further warnings issued if necessary.
