Final Flood Warning For The Burrum River

Flood Warning Number: 2
MINOR FLOODING IS NOT OCCURRING AT HOWARD
River level data along the Burrum River at Howard is unreliable and minor flooding is not occurring.
Recent rainfall has filled Lenthalls Dam to above the full supply level and automatic releases from the dam are ongoing, however there is no observed flood impact.
Showers and thunderstorms are forecast over the next few days, but are not expected to significantly affect river levels at this stage.
Burrum and Cherwell Rivers:
No flooding is expected in the Burrum and Cherwell Rivers.
River level data at Howard is unreliable but the river level is reported to be below the minor flood level.
The Burrum River at Howard is expected to remain below the minor flood level (6.00 m) over the next few days.

Remember: If it's flooded, forget it. For flood emergency assistance contact the SES on 132 500. For life threatening emergencies, call Triple Zero (000) immediately.}
