Maximum temperatures mostly above average, grading to well above average about the west and the agricultural areas. Freshening northeast to northwesterly winds shifting fresh west to southwesterly from the west and south, then fresh and gusty southwest to southerly behind the change during the afternoon and evening. Possible areas of raised dust about the northeast.
