Partly cloudy in the southeast interior. Isolated to scattered showers and thunderstorms elsewhere, tending to only isolated showers near the southeast coast south of the Sunshine Coast. Showers tending widespread about the North Tropical Coast with moderate falls possible. Light to moderate northeast to southeasterly winds, tending fresh at times about the east coast. Maximum temperatures below average from the northwest to the southeast of the state, near average elsewhere.
