Final Flood Warning For The Maranoa River

Flood Warning Number: 3
MINOR FLOODING NO LONGER OCCURRING AT WOODLANDS
River levels continue to ease across the Maranoa catchment.
No significant rainfall is expected for the remainder of Sunday and into Monday. However, further rainfall is forecast from the middle of the week which may cause renewed river rises and flooding. The situation will be monitored, and flood watches and flood warnings will be issued as required.
Maranoa River:
No further flooding is expected in the Maranoa River.
The Maranoa River at Woodlands peaked at 5.5 metres, above the minor flood level (5.00 m) on Saturday afternoon and is currently at 3.40 metres and falling.
