Cloud with Ex-Tropical Cyclone Alfred drives windy rain over southeast Qld & northeast NSW. Cloud over remaining coastal NSW in onshore flow brings showers. Cloud bubbling over western Qld & SA in troughs bring showers & storms while another trough brings showers to southwest WA.

Relentless rain continues despite Alfred being downgraded

11:18 AEDT Tropical Cyclone Alfred was downgraded to a tropical low on Saturday morning, although heavy rain and flooding will continue in parts of southeast Qld and northeast NSW in the coming days.
